UNINDT's THz defect and coating detection system for composite pipes adopts THz technology, which replaces X-rays in the field of composite materials and poses no radiation hazard to humans. This system is widely used for layer thickness measurement, delamination, and debonding detection of multi-layer TCP pipelines composed of PE and glass fiber materials in the high-pressure and high corrosion fields of the petroleum, natural gas, marine, and chemical industries, as well as purity and mixture analysis of medical transparent pipelines.
The measurement range resolution of this system ranges from tens to several millimeters, with an accuracy of up to 1um depending on the material.
