UNINDT provides advanced technology products and turnkey engineering solutions to meet the NDT testing needs of automated production lines in various industries in China.

We collaborate with technology companies to develop the right solutions for customers in various industries.

Since 2015, UNINDT has been operating independently as a wholly-owned subsidiary of UNINDT Group. Over the years, its business model has shifted from being a distributor of testing products to a system integrator, moving upstream in the value chain. The company's business has successfully captured the pulse of the market and opened up a unique automation production line market for itself in most of the professional markets it operates in.

Although non-destructive testing equipment has made significant progress, with the continuous improvement of high-speed online production capacity, conventional testing techniques and labor are lacking, making it impossible to conduct full inspections that match the production line speed to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of product quality.

UNINDT is committed to seamless integration between NDT4.0 and industrial automation production lines, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning and deep learning techniques, such as improving detection probability through two-dimensional or three-dimensional reconstruction of detected defects; Combining production line automation and robotics, integrating traditional NDT technology with advanced intelligent technology into a modular integrated detection system can help reduce the high labor intensity related to non-destructive testing, eliminate reliance on experienced operators, save labor costs, increase detection efficiency, and achieve the goal of 100% fully automated online detection with zero defects.

UNINDT has a wide range of ultrasonic, electromagnetic, radiation, laser and other detection system product combinations, which are used to detect internal cracks, voids, porosity, burns, mixtures and other defects such as size, positional accuracy, surface roughness in welds, metals, composite materials, plastics and ceramics.

These systems are robust, versatile, and easy to use, featuring advanced measurement tools, post-processing capabilities, and application specific reporting software. We provide turnkey projects, and the material handling and other auxiliary equipment of the system are also designed by UNINDT to meet production pace and footprint requirements. UNINDT leverages the advantages of its parent company and relies on its office network to provide comprehensive integrated system sales, distribution, installation, debugging, operator training, and after-sales services.
