UNINDT Packaging Foreign Matter and Sealing THz Terahertz Detection System
EBTR uses terahertz technology as an alternative to X-rays, which poses no radiation hazard to humans, for online detection of packaging sealing, inclusions, and differences in composition of fresh foods and medicines such as meat, cheese, fruits, etc. The defect area will be displayed in real-time through an image vision system with different spectral contour points to ensure the sealing quality and screening conditions of the packaging.
The measurement range resolution of this system ranges from tens to several millimeters, with an accuracy of up to 1um depending on the material.
