The UNINDT welding pipe DR detection system is an online DR detection system specifically designed for ERW pipelines and spiral/linear SAW pipelines. This system can be directly embedded and used on the production line, not only for internal defect detection, but also with functions such as welding tracking, defect marking, and automatic processing to improve detection efficiency. The system uses carbon fiber tubes to make the lifting device lighter and longer, improving the stability of the detection system and making longer tube detection possible. The dual focus X-ray source improves the detection accuracy.
This system is suitable for workpiece diameters ranging from 300mm to 3400mm. The unique detection method is an economical and fast detection system for online quality inspection of welded pipe fittings.
