The UNINDT Aerospace Small Diameter Pipe Rod Online Inspection System is specifically designed for online water immersion ultrasonic and eddy current testing of small diameter pipes and multi-layer structured titanium composite pipes. This system can be directly embedded and used on the production line, not only for internal defect detection but also for expanding integrated eddy current functions, synchronously realizing surface defect detection and burn sorting functions. The visualized C-scan imaging makes the defect location and size clear at a glance. Suitable for workpiece diameters ranging from 6mm to 400mm.
