UNINDT's tube and rod immersion ultrasonic system can detect the full volume of composite extruded pipelines in the aerospace and power petrochemical fields. This device can detect defects such as pores, cracks, delamination, and adhesive enrichment in composite materials through the use of traditional ultrasound and bonding testing techniques;
The laser measurement function of the system can achieve the measurement of outer diameter, out of roundness, straightness, ellipticity, as well as the measurement of inner diameter of the pipe end and wall thickness of the pipe end and body. The size measurement accuracy is 1 μ m.
Detection: Defects such as pores, cracks, delamination, and glue enrichment, as well as verification of parameters such as pipe size and positional accuracy.
Beat: 50 meters per minute.
Modes: Conventional ultrasound, adhesive ultrasound, 3D laser
Fully automatic loading and unloading, detection, and sorting.
