Equipment Introduction:
UNINDT is a well-known integrator of ultrasonic and eddy current rotation online detection systems, used for various industrial inspections. The company has a wide range of ultrasonic and eddy current rotation detection system products, which are used to detect internal cracks, voids, porosity, and other internal irregularities in pipe rod welds, metals, composite materials, plastics, and ceramics.
The complementarity of ET and UT methods ensures 100% inspection of materials at speeds up to 60m/min.
The workpiece is composed of an automatic feeding device, a stable roller bed, a high-speed rotating ultrasonic eddy current inspection zone, a demagnetization zone, and an unloading and sorting system. Then, based on the detection results, the system automatically alerts, marks, and sorts workpieces with or without defects. Eddy current testing is highly sensitive to longitudinal defect detection. Therefore, it is a solution for detecting cracking defects in workpieces. It ensures high precision and high stability.
By using this eddy current ultrasonic automatic detection line, surface defects such as cracks and defects can be detected according to EN 10277-1 2000 standard.
