Welding pipe and profile detection system

Equipment Introduction:
UNINDT integrates traditional ultrasound, phased array ultrasound, eddy current array, magnetic flux leakage, X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, as well as AOI industrial vision and 3D laser measurement technologies into customized automated welding pipe and profile inspection and testing production lines.
The size range of the detection system covers ERW pipes and spiral/linear SAW pipes from 10mm to 2500mm, as well as bar profile products with a diameter of 300mm, meeting international standards such as API 5L and DEP, with a testing speed of up to 2m/s.
This system can detect long materials of various diameters for overall inspection, and can detect welding defects and delamination defects in plates. It can detect surface near surface cracks and other defects through leakage magnetic and eddy current array technology, monitor appearance defects through AOI industrial vision technology, and perform online verification of alloy grades and chemical compositions. Laser 3D technology can measure the position of weld seams and achieve online measurement of pipe diameter, out of roundness, ellipticity, straightness, theoretical mass, length, geometric shape of pipe end groove, radial displacement of weld seam edge, height, width, inner diameter of pipe end, wall thickness, and other functions. The difference between the inner diameter of the pipeline and its end.
The defect detection accuracy is 10% for outer and inner diameter notches and 0.5mm holes, with a size measurement accuracy of 1 μ m.
Available configurations
The entire inspection line is operated by special testing software to install the following modules integrated into the fully automatic inspection line:
Automatic spark spectrometer - for material composition monitoring;
Eddy current anti mixing system;
3D laser sensor - used for measuring dimensional parameters such as outer diameter, wall thickness, straightness, etc;
Array eddy current control system or magnetic flux leakage system - used to detect surface near surface cracks and other defects;
Eddy current through coil control system - used for detecting short defects;
Conventional ultrasonic/phased array ultrasonic control system - used for detecting internal/external defects and measuring dimensions;
