High speed multifunctional online robot detection system


Equipment Introduction:
The IB series online wheel hub inspection workstation can be connected to the ON-LINE production line and is a high-speed and fast sorting system for size, appearance, and surface defects. It can perform highly accurate online comprehensive quality control.
The IB series can perform crack detection, mixing, hardness testing, and can measure size parameters such as diameter, roundness, and flatness with customized sensors, with a detection accuracy of 0.5 μ. Equipped with AOI modules and laser modules, it can complete the sorting of appearance, size, and defects for full-size and full volume. The end of the detection line can be laser marked to complete quality traceability.
Eddy current detection module: can adjust the detection step range from 0.1 mm to 2 mm to complete the detection coverage as needed. Wheel hub detection rotates at a speed of 120 rpm, with adjustable speed; When defects are discovered, they can be switched to research mode as needed, automatically stopping detection and returning to the defect location to assist in analysis and repair;
Size and appearance quality control module: It can perform industrial visual photography with a beat rate of up to 800 frames per minute. Combined with 2D/3D laser scanning modules and sensor measurement modules, it can simultaneously measure the appearance, size, and surface quality of high-speed rotating wheel hubs in all directions.
This system can efficiently output the detection results of appearance, size, and surface defects simultaneously, completing 100% online detection and improving product reliability.
